Couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. I went with traditional braces and am very happy with the results. I really appreciate the attention to detail, care and expertise Dr. O and all his staff provide. You can tell they all work hard to create an excellent customer service experience. Highly recommend.

10/10 recommend. The staff is amazing and friendly and they confidently know exactly what they’re doing. They explain thoroughly step by step what’s going on and they always make sure you leave every appointment knowing fully what’s going on with your treatment. My experience here was awesome.

All the staff here are super sweet and caring. Their eyes are always smiling. We can’t see their grins because of the masks worn, but you can see it in their eyes.
Dr. O is very gentle. He also is passionate about his craft.

It was an amazing experience! I never had a problem scheduling or rescheduling an appointment. From start to finish they were always so kind and helpful. I definitely did not make it easy for them, I did not want to be an adult with braces but I needed them. If you are wondering if it was worth it, it definitely was! The whole office were very patient with me, which I appreciated that very much. I was never given false hope, I was always in communication with what to expect. If I ever had a question about my treatment I would ask, sometimes twice to clarify. By the end of my treatment I was very happy with my results! I got straight perfect teeth out of the deal! I highly recommend coming here. There are obviously a lot of orthodontist offices out there, but you would be foolish not to come to this one! I can say without a doubt I will be referring everyone who is even considering correcting their smile to come here!

Excellent work. Got braces in and they were out early. All of my questions were answered quickly and any concerns where addressed immediately. Staff was very kind everytime I went in and very efficient. Never had an issue that wasn't addressed when I brought it up. Never had to wait for very long in the lobby for an appointment. Facility is very clean and kept in order. Nothing is 100% perfect but this was an overall great experience and I would highly recommend to others.
