    I went to Paulak for a calf and neck issues. He was able to identify more issues that I wasn't fully aware of.

    Soft tissue massage: it was the first time I did this type of massage. He identified that I had a big knot in my shoulder which decreased my range of motion in my right shoulder. The massage got rid of the knot and the range of motion in my right shoulder was back to normal.

    Fitness: He provided a workout plan afterwards to help strengthen and stretch out my neck and shoulder. He had me do these workouts in front of him so that I did them right. He provided pointers and areas of emphasis to help ensure I did these exercises right.

    Nutrition: he provided some insight and recommendations on what supplements to take to deal with muscle soreness especially soreness from the soft tissue massage.

    Overall: he was really nice and patient with me and was very attentive and detailed with all of my questions. I felt like he answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend Paulak. He was very observant and was able to pick out any issues I had. His knowledge and fitness plan was very tailored to my needs and weaknesses

    Paulak is the third trainer I have had is the best one yet. He does things unlike any other trainer/coach I've met. He customizes the workout sessions for you and has them planned out whereas the trainers I've worked with seem to make them up on the spot once I arrive.

    Paulak is attentive and organized. He keeps a record of your workouts and reps and exercises. He notes big and small corrections you can make to your form.
    He takes pictures of measurements of your body every so often and it's encouraging to see the transformation that your body makes and it is motivating.
    He teaches you proper technique and points out how you can improve as you're working out.
    He's punctual and knowledgable. He shares a lot of information freely to you and if you are someone who loves to ask questions, then he is a great fit.
    He is a much more involved coach. He will check in outside of the workout sessions and see how you're doing and give you reminders. I feel that he cares very deeply about giving you the value you deserve and seeing you improve and it's helpful to have a coach who keeps you accountable. I don't feel many coachs do that and when it comes to working out, accountability is one of the hardest things.
    He tries to make it as easy for you as possible as long as you trust him and do your part.

    I appreciate how much pride he takes in his work and he seeks to improve himself. I find that lacking in other places, but with Paulak, you can feel and hear it the way he talks about it.

    One recommendation I would give is that if you decide to go with him, you should commit and be open-minded to his approach because you will really benefit from it. Take advantage of what he offers because I don't think you'll find many coaches like him.

    I reached out to Paulak when I (finally) realized my shoulder and knee pain wasn't going away with just resting. Long story short, I stopped playing sports for 9 months prior to meeting with Paulak, and I was STILL having daily knee and shoulder pain.

    He's straight up - he won't BS you, but he's also a super nice and understanding guy. He's been my trainer now for 6 months, and in that time period, he's helped strengthen my knee and shoulder to the point where I can go back to playing the sports that I love. That's what I love about Paulak; he cares about your health and well-being and doesn't push you towards crazy fad diets or workout programs.

    He's an all around great coach. He's extremely knowledgeable and will help you in whatever stage or experience you have in weight training. From correcting your form, to pushing you past your supposed limit, to holding you accountable, to following up on your rest days - he does it all.

    I highly recommend reaching out to Paulak to see how he can help you improve your health and fitness

    I started training with Paulak in July of 21 after many years of being nowhere near a gym. Being 55+, I was very specific and honest with him regarding my goals and desired fitness level. Paulak not only listened intently, he crafted a specialized program for me to work on the necessary areas to achieve my goals. Paulak is great at coaching me past my limiting beliefs. He is also quick to make modifications if something isn't working. Paulak is knowledgeable about the science of fitness and has made several helpful recommendations regarding food, supplements, and even a sports chiropractor. We have made a ton of progress and I am grateful for him. I think the thing that is most impressive about Paulak is that he is sincere and cares about about his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a change.

    I reached out to Paulak for help as I needed to get a jumpstart on my health and fitness again. I wanted to have a stronger core, better circulation and relieve the tightness in my back. I felt like I needed something different. I was hesitate as I've had personal trainers in the past at the gym.
    After speaking to Paulak he really listened to my goals and wanted to help me find a workout routine that would still challenge me as well as make it a part of my daily life so I can stick to it. My work is stressful and it takes a toll on my body, especially my upper back. He showed me all sorts of new stretches that helped open up my back. If I forgot how to do something, he would go through it again or there was a video I could refer back to as well.
    He also cares to follow up and check-in. A day after our session he checks in to make sure I was feeling ok and answer any questions. During our training sessions he pushes me when I needed it. I felt really comfortable and I know by following the exercises I can build a stronger core, feel and look healthier. Thank you for helping me find a daily workout that works for my lifestyle.
