Hailey and Ngozi have both played an enormous role in our move-in experience being 10/10. They were very patient in explaining all the required documents when we were applying, and once approved, they made our move-in so easy and it felt personalized. I have recommended many of my friends to move in because the amenities are fantastic, the building is clean and newly built in 2021. We are newlyweds and plan to stay with Theo for the next few years. Thank you for everything!

What can I say that nobody else hasn’t. Twice a month; I like to go on the roof to decompress, and escape from reality. Sometimes life can be overwhelming, and a night under Metztli (the moon) can be just what you need.

The Theo community is great. My daughter really loves the amenities. And just about everything is within walking distance. We’ve been living here for about 8 months. As annoying as it maybe, I love that the building is secured. My daughter can hang out, and do arts and crafts on any of the roof tops without me worrying if I can leave her alone or not, when I forget something inside the apartment.

So far we have no complaints. Management is great. Both Maggie and Meli have been extremely helpful when I have questions. They’re quick to respond to anything. The building engineer Francisco is great too.

I couldn’t have picked a better community to raise my little Wild Flower.

We’ve totally fallen in love with THEO- we were blown by the beautiful spaces, the modern design, the gorgeous lighting throughout the buildings, and such a great location with so much to do within walking distance. (Not to mention the rooftop views of the mountains- wow!) We were lucky enough to get a tour with Maggie- we were in the area and popped in last minute and she made us feel so welcomed! She gave us a full tour of all the amenities. Maggie was very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. She’s been so attentive at listening to us and has made us feel like we’ve been friends for years. She’s gone above and beyond in helping us and has answered any questions we’ve had which has helped ease the stress of apartment hunting and instead has made it an exciting process! THEO would be the perfect place to call our home.
