(August 1, 2022, 6:08 pm)Good customer care. I had an issue with cancelling my VIP and their support ticketing staff was kind, quick and thurough. They even refunded me the payment they had took out after I had originally tried cancelling. I'd still be a member, but moving out of town I no longer drive by on my way to work anymore so it's no longer conveniently on my way home from work anymore.
