They don't normally allow public access to the business, but I fortunate enough to be allowed to check one of their new seats. I was totally impressed the the line of seats and made a decision to purchase the ASSAULT seat and boy did I make the right decision. I highly recommend checking them out online. Quality parts at a great price is what always kept me ordering from Advanblack and recently I had great experience with the customer service.

I purchased my bike 2yrs ago and had it built at a somewhat reputable shop. They used Advanblack Stretched Side Covers but used someone other companies bags. The stretched covers damaged the paint on those bags too so I ended up buying Advanblack Stretched Bags. 1yr later and those bags too had gotten paint damage. After watching videos and researching what could be the problem I saw a tech video and quickly discovered what the problem was.

I called tech and left a voice-mail but got no call back. A day or 2 later I called Advanblack sales and spoke to Dylan. Dylan told me to send an email stating exactly what I told him.

I sent my email and Wendy handed my case. After a few emails and pics she quickly resolved my situation. The day after my situation was resolved I got email with my tracking number.

Good customer service is hard to find these days little long the excellent customer service I experienced.

I love this company so much! Just received my tour pack and the fit and finish and perfect color match are amazing! The customer service is world class. My customer service rep Wendy was just incredible. She immediately answered all my questions and responded almost immediately to my many questions in a professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly way!! Purchased speaker lids, chin spoiler, mid frame deflectors, lower fairings and fairing speaker pods. Everything came earlier than expected and the color match was spot on. Excellent customer service as well. They answered every question (and I had a bunch) regarding my purchase. I haven’t got everything installed yet, but I’m working on it. The fitment on the lowers and chin spoiler were great. Super excited to get the rest installed. Highly recommended!
