El Sereno Apartments

I cannot express enough how amazing and wonderful El Sereno has been through my entire process with them. Amber, is an amazing person not just an amazing property manager. She is very well rounded and she is hands on, always making sure things are done well. Not only her but, everyone I have spoke to in the office has helped very much. The property is very cleaned and maintained.

Completed my first year living here. Gotta say I'm so happy with this place!!!

Community is kept clean. There's an Amazon locker here. Neighbors are kind, and those who have pets are responsible and pick up after their pets. The area is surprisingly quite! Pool, laundry room, and bbq grill are nice. Parking is great.

The unit itself is a bit dated, but for the price compared to previous renting experiences, I am content. Would not be thrilled to pay more.

Location is great. Within 5 mile radius are grocery stores, Claremont village, 2 freeways (10fwy / 210fwy) restaurants, and gas stations.

MOST IMPORTANTLY - management is genuinely great. Responsive, courtesy, and carry a sense of urgency.

Honestly, cannot say enough good things here. It's a relief to find a place with this many positives.

Love it here. First off, the management team is awesome. Rene, Shawna & Amaureen we’re so helpful in getting us into our apartment and making sure things went smoothly and quickly. They are very friendly, professional and efficient! The maintenance staff is also very kind & quick to service when needed. The facilities are always kept well & clean. The property is beautiful and close to Claremont Village, Baldy, the freeways, and metro. Parking is ample including the parking outside the apartment as well. The gates and the amazon hub lockers keep it safe here which is a nice change compared to other apartments! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking in the area. This one is a gem :)
