Gold Strike Markets

It is like a ma and pa grocery store, extremely good prices especially if on a budget, they also carry household items like cleaning supplies and tape. Very nice owners, they watch the homeless and belligerent people that go into the store because they always are stealing items and when things are not going their way they break stuff in the store. I prefer this store compared to the RASCIST owners at the Bodega supermarket just 1/2 block south on N. Park ave. I definitely recommend this place to anyone on a budget.

i am 39 years old and i have been buying their bomb as chicken for as long as i can remember...but i did noticed the recipe has been messed with and the chicken tastes different now..i asked if it had been changed and the owner told me yes just a little..but now it taste more like chorizo to me..we don't like it now..please go back to the original recipe please..

The BEST marinated chicken in the state! Same recipe for at least 15 years, which is the amount of years I've been a customer. I now live in Apple Valley (Victorville area) and still travel an hour because their marinated chicken and asada cannot be matched!

Í love the Gold Strike Market the cashier, owner I a really big sweetheart with a big heart. If you are good to her she is good to you. The prices are great. The fruit and vegetables are fresh. The cigarettes are descently priced.
