Specialty Medical

I used Specialty Medical for the first time today and I am just over joyed by the professionalism and fabulous customer service they gave me. They followed through with every call back they said would do and they found a few items not currently in stock but were desperately needed, then delivered in a few short hours. You just don’t see this kind of stellar service from a business anymore. Doug was beyond amazing, professional and caring. Well done!

I highly recommend this company for any medical needs you may have and I look forward to placing many more orders with them in the future.

The new Zero Turn 10 they recommended literally gives our 22-year vet his PRIDE back. It's the quintessential CADILLAC of all scooters & my Dad's been through half a dozen of them!!!

If I could give them 100 stars I would. I was desperately looking for certain item for my Mom who was very ill. The staff at specialty med went above and beyond to help me find the items that she desperately needed. And the Angel that helped even brought the items to her house. If that's no customer service I don't know what is. Now you have to understand that I'm a truck driver on the road and couldn't get these items for my mother, specialty med was a blessing. Thank you so much for all you did for me. Keep up the awesome work you are doing.

What a Fortunate Find. Many years ago, I worked at Hendrick's Pharmacy in Claremont. Now I was in need of a Hospital Bed and I called them for a refferal. They gave me Doug the owner of Specialty Medical. I had no idea how much is involved and planning. I am so Happy that I reached out to Doug. He explained it all, gave me websites to view the products as well. He did not attempt to oversell at all and even showed us ways to save money. When he wanted more specific information, he would reach out to his vendor and then call me with the additional information. So the total process including delivery was transparent and efficient.

Doug gave great service! I needed a nebulizer which they didn't have in stock. He was able to get one and I got it within two hours. Very satisfied with this company.
