Calvary Chapel Pomona Valley

CCPV is our home church. My family and I have been attending since 2018 when we moved back to CA after living away for almost 10 years. When we first moved back we started visiting Calvary Chapel churches in our area but just couldn't find a church where we felt at home. One night, while searching online I came across CCPV and the following Sunday we were there with our three children. After the service my husband and I got in the car and we both agreed we wanted to return and we did and have been attending ever since. The lead pastor, Pastor Joe Tata is an admirable teacher and faithful servant of God. We are encouraged, convicted, and blessed my his teaching week after week. Our children love the children's ministry and we love seeing them grow in faith, knowledge and understanding of God.

We've been so blessed attending CCPV. Pastor Joe, Tony, Jerrod and Ruben are all exemplary men of God. Their leaders are also an example of Jesus love. They love our kids too and for us that's so important.

Fantastic environment! Our family used to go here almost every week and it was amazing. Unfortunately we moved to Canada otherwise we’d 100% still be going. Everyone was so welcoming and kind, great place with Godly people. Pastor Joe is so nice, he explains things in a way that’s so easy to understand! Love and miss this church highly recommend.

We came up to help our daughter move came in 3o minutes before church they were very friendly felt very welcome there we drove from Wyoming. Would love to go again

Love this church. The people are simply just great, loving, welcoming, nice, warm. Pastor Joe is so easy to understand. He explains things so well. Goes over stuff in the Bible just doesn't read it and move on. Has a beautiful voice. A lot of interaction between everyone.
