(July 27, 2023, 10:19 pm)Peter Flores was incredible! As a first time buyer, I was nervous but he helped me out from start to finish. Even though there was a huge discrepancy that ultimately fell upon the company's shoulders (a sudden increase of the vehicle's price online even AFTER I signed the contract), Peter still made my experience memorable and went above and beyond for me. He has a phenomenal knowledge of cars, a personable and honest demeanor, and he actively listened to my concerns as a new buyer. He was patient and not pushy at all during the car buying process which was such a breath of fresh air considering what a stressful process it can be. I honestly wish all car sales men could be as helpful as he was to me. I love my car so much and despite the discrepancy which turned the car buying process into almost an 7-hour endeavor, I would highly recommend Shift and would certainly buy another car from them.
(June 12, 2023, 7:17 pm)Different experience to buy a car here. Actually, I prefer it over major dealers right now. No messing around with dealer add-ons and not super pushy selling extended warranties... however, their warranty prices are astronomical compared to what you would pay for a new car, so I can't give them a full 5 star rating. Be very careful when adding a $50 to 150 monthly warranty. Do the math! Their warranties are $5000 to $7000 compared to a new Hyundai. I recently paid $700 for the extended warranty!
