I've dealt with the old management and the new management. Light years difference. I heard some hairy stories about the old management. I didn't actually have a problem with them because I never tried to get any deposit back. I forgot there was one! Gone with the wind, apparently. Anyway, the new management are stellar and professional and on point. This is a convenient and simple storage situation. Hope it works for you.
