I've call numerous times to get parts and service or even ask general questions and the gentleman who answers Martin is such a dear. Always get back to me or my husband whenever we call and makes sure to follow up with us regarding our parts and service. Im the first to admit having kids and being in the older age side often makes me forget certain things however working alongside Martin for a few months he is always on top of his game when we have an open quote or a invoice and reminds us so we can have a smooth sailing. He tries to provide the best customer service and goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care off.
Received amazing customer service from the office manager Michelle! She was very professional and answered all of my billing questions. She was so patient in assisting me with my invoices and some questions I had.

I wanted to write an honest review of this business, to help other reviewers make an educated decision in regard to this company.
We have had a long relationship with Golden State, and they have been very quick and consistent when it comes to responding to our calls and sending technicians to our location. That is exactly what I look for in a service company.
Have we ever had any issues? Of course. I don't know of any company that I deal with where it has been perfect. However, the primary thing I look for in a service company is how well they handle problems when they arise. In, my experience, Golden State has done an excellent job in this department. When we had a billing issue recently, one of their representatives, new to the company, worked diligently to address our concerns. Michelle Vigil quickly and professionally addressed our issue.
So in summation- consistent, quick service, staff like Michelle who go above and beyond to help her clients, and great problem solving skills. I would highly recommend this company.
