Rancho Palos Verdes Bathroom Remodelers

I visited the store on January 5, 2022 with network issues. I had previously been on the phone with T-Mobile and Apple and finally decided to go to the store. The store closes at 8 PM and I got there around 7:40 PM. There were four other customers ahead of me and only one person working in the store - the store manager Mike.

Mike was awesome. He stayed late to make sure everyone was taken care of - including me! Mike was kind, calm and professional. Kudos! Thank you Mike. You are appreciated!!

I literally had a nightmare experience with sprint and trying to get migrated to t-mobile, after over 8 hours on the phone with both companies I came to this store and they resolved everything for me! Tanisha was amazing, completely understanding, and calm when I was frustrated, I apologized so many times but I am so happy she was able to get my account sorted out. I upgraded my phone and got a tablet as well and my bill is within my budget. So amazing! They were patient and actually knew what they were doing unlike the people I spoke with at customer support from both companies. So a little advice, don't call just come to the store and they will take care of you!
