“Compliments to Carrie who works at the deli counter! Carrie was so kind, helpful and professional. Out of three deli counter people helping me that day, she was the only one I had a positive experience with. I had bought some carrot salad when I first got there but the guy in deli didn't tape the lid, so when I was doing my shopping, it went all over my cart. I went back to the counter to get more, and had another negative experience with a second employee - although he saw that I had taken a number, he began helping another customer who just walked right up. The part that got me was that he gave me a knowing look, like he knew I was right to be annoyed. Guess he could have told the other customer, "Sorry sir, I believe she's next," but oh well. Luckily Carrie saw this and said, "Don't worry, I got you!" And she gave me some replacement carrot salad at no charge (after checking with her manager). THANK YOU, Carrie!!!”
