Beyond grateful I found this company. My 3 year old niece had a massive lice breakout and I can't thank Los Angeles Hair treatment for coming to the rescue. I called and made an appointment and I had someone at my house within the hour! They not only got rid of the lice, but had products on hand to help prevent her and my family from getting them. The customer service was beyond incredible. Amy was so nice and informative. She really helped me calm my nerves. We are now lice free and I can't thank her enough.
Who can you find on a Saturday night to come clean lice out of your child’s hair???? These people!!! Wow!! Any picked up the phone immediately and Kayla was at our house within an hour!! What an incredible group of devoted and precise individuals! After almost 2 careful and concentrated hours, all 4 of our heads were checked and rid of lice!! What a relief it was to find my hair helpers!! This business is no joke! I have permanently saved their phone number to recommend to any of my friends or family who may need this kind of service! I got that dreadful call from my granddaughters school that she had LICE!!! So when I got their and saw 10-15 lice crawling on her head I thought I was going to DIE!!! I've never seen lice before, health nurse gave me My Hair Helpers phone number and I called right away Amy was so sweet and said she would send someone at 3pm.
I was SO happy when Patty arrived at 3pm on the dot. She set up and dug in. She spent 2hrs on my GD and then checked the rest of us. She was SO kind, caring knowledgeable and efficient I would give her 20 stars!! Patty is a true angel I don't know what I would have done without her. She made this traumatic experience so much easier to deal with.
5 days later I went to her house and she taught me how to check for lice on my GD she also showed me the first time she came out but I was to traumatized to pay attention! She came as soon as we called which was imperative because our 4 children were on their way to summer camp when we found the lice!!) and she was professional and helpful with the whole family.
