We are looking in the Sherman Oaks area and she is very honest, knowledgable and listens to our needs and wants in a house with the affordability of our budget which was really impressive. Easily 5 stars - Rachel comes off a little aggressive at first (and she talks fast ... ) but very quickly you realize she simply doesn't waste any time, like an expert detective on a crime scene, she knows what questions to ask to see the big picture. she has years of experience and helped many of our friends in the past find treasures regardless of the economy situation. she treat us as family and spent hours educating us about the real estate industry. without all the fancy BS she's a straight shooter and get you outstanding results.
