I have been with Success Auto Tech for Years. The trick with working with Success, set an estimated price for the item to be repaired. Know exactly what it is, and all the why's.
Often times, after they start working on the car, they find other defects or break or visible faults with the car that have nothing with the original repair estimates. Success is very good at finding loose mounting engine or cracked rubber brackets, or old belts, or leaking oils, etc. You don't want to save a few dollars and lose your life. And when this happen, it gives the appearance that they are jacking up the prices and ripping you off. Make sure you actually see all the new defects before, yes, before you allow Success to work on it. If the original estimates changes, make sure you have a satisfactory explanation for the increase. This has not been a problem for me.
This arrangement has work well for me for years. It still beat the repair costs elsewhere. Good Luck!
