JJ Carpet Care

I had this ugly carpet ripple along the center of my bedroom, I believe it was caused from a minor flood event I had about a year ago.

I tried to resolve it myself a few ways but was getting nowhere so I decided to try out JJ carpet care since he gave me one of the more competitive price estimates to do the job.

I could not be more satisfied with the job he did he took his time and use the right tools and right methodology to resolve the problem perfectly and beyond my expectations. A few weeks after he straightened Out the ripple and flattened the carpet, All traces of the ugly ripple in my carpet have vanished and I am very pleased! I very highly recommend JJ carpet care for any cosmetic carpet repair services!

My rugs look absolutely amazing had some stains that I was for sure thinking would not come out, and then I thought well once they dry you’ll totally be able to see the stains but no stains are gone and I don’t hate my living room anymore.

Pros: answer the phone the first time I called, responded to my text messages right away, I didn’t feel like he was jumping around with the prices I felt like he was pretty honest and fair with them. He even said that he would come back to fix some padding in the master bedroom, which I really appreciate. Really feels like he’s going the extra mile. He was fast and even wore mask when he showed up. Felt like that was really considerate.

Cons: I can’t really think of a con, unless he doesn’t come back and fix the master bedroom padding but then again I couldn’t really hold that against him. Like I said that would really be going above and beyond.

Conclusion: I definitely will be using his services again. I will also recommend him in the future to any friends or family that needs his services.

Jose just finished cleaning carpets in 3 rooms and stretched carpets in 2 rooms. Looks great! This is the second time we've used Jose. His price is reasonable and his work is outstanding. Highly recommend.

JJ carpet was so professional and answered all my questions within a few hours. He was really flexible with my time even when I needed to reschedule multiple times. The cleaning was done professionally and quickly! He was able to remove some really deep ink stains that I thought were going to be permanent. The entire house smelled amazing afterwards! Such a great service I would recommend it to anyone and I will definitely use again myself in the future.

Awesome friendly service! I have 4 dogs and they sometimes leave a mess. Jose came in and left my carpets looking and smelling like new. Thank you!
