I've been in to see the Optical Dept a few times in the past month and yes everyone is right, it's crazy busy. There is a bit of a long wait but once my number was called THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I received was absolutely amazing and well worth the wait, especially because I know I'm saving hundreds comprared to a private docs office. These Opticians are knowledgeable and what's sad, is that they are working extremely hard and still get lashed out at like it's their fault,
there are shortages everywhere people.
Be patient and give them a chance if you want to save $$$

My family and I have been going to Dr. Hofacre for three years now. We've always been treated quickly, and with respect. The glasses come in usually faster than they tell you they will. We have always been happy with the end result.
