Anthony was great. He has a “No BS” attitude and will get you the best deal for your house. Master negotiator. Since he charges a flat rate he’s isn’t inclined to push you into less viable offers like other commission based realtors would rather see your house fall out of escrow 2-3 times just so they can try and increase their 3% commission. Real deals and upfront expectations. He sold our house for over asking and for over what it appraised at. We had multiple offers and sold our house in a week.
Anthony made the selling of my house fast and easy. He and his staff were professional and attentive to our needs throughout the process. Not to mention all the money I saved both with his flat fee pricing but, also his skills as a negotiator to get the sale done.
