Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home San Dimas

This is LONG..but worth the read. I walked into Pacific Sales for the very first time to pre-shop for a clients Hacienda project. I met Stephanie and WOW...I was very impressed! She knows all her products and the various features to ensure you're getting the best possible options. I returned a wk later with my client and their kids to shop for the entire homes spaces(10 different spaces for bath,kitchen hardware) She was an absolute professional and organized to the tee. I was so impressed! Okay...and here's the jaw dropper- she printed up room by room (colored images)design booklet of all of our choices!! Holy smokes...class act all the way! In My 19+ yrs of doing design..I've never had a single vendor even offer to do that! Needless to say, my clients were very impressed and moved forward with all the selections and approved the order. Unlike many other places - her amazing customer service did not stop there - after the order, she still answered my calls, builders calls for misc questions. Please go there - and do yourself a favor..if she is busy - make an appt for Stephanie. ...it is absolutely worth it! Thanks again...I will happily refer and bring my clients to you!

Good deal, part of Best Buy, thanks Mario for helping us out. BTW folks because we had joined the geek squad to help out granddad, we got free set up and extended warranty (now if it would only end those car warranty calls).

We are remodeling our kitchen from scratch. I went to other stores with what I wanted in mind and Pacific Sales had the selection we were looking for. George was so super helpful, patient and knowledgeable about each brand and product. He listened to what was important for our project, our needs and our budget. He was honest about the pluses and minuses of brands of products. The staff there is very accommodating and pleasant. I went there 3 times before I made the final decision not because I wasn't sure about where to buy from but to make sure our investment was what we wanted for our needs. Pacific Sales and George would make me a return customer many times over than other places that sell appliances.
