(September 22, 2021, 9:36 pm)We used their service through Home Depot Installations. Leonard with My Dad's Plumbing was great. I would never use Home Depot Installation services again. Horrible customer service. My Dad's Plumbing, though, was GREAT. Leonard installed our sink and when there was a small leak the next day, they were there within 24 hours fixing it. The leak was due to an unrelated issue with the dishwasher hose being incorrectly installed (by the previous home owners). They fixed it free of charge. Would use them again.

(May 31, 2021, 3:35 pm)Clyde was great! I got caught up dealing with my toddler and didn't hear the doorbell or my phone, but Clyde stuck around for 20 minutes anyway just to see if I'd answer (so sorry!)
I was having an issue with my faucet making loud hammering/rumbling noises, and Clyde was able to fix it in 5 minutes - It was a simple fix that anyone less honest probably could've gotten away with charging me a boatload for. These guys are so helpful and honest, and I'll be sure to go with My Dad's Plumbing again.
