$20. Per PS4 Console diagnostics(2 consoles), if repairable the 20 goes towards the repair fee. 3 day call back as promised, unfortunately my consoles were un repairable but I'm giving 5⭐️ for professionalism, promptness, and overall knowledge. Thank you.
