I have used Paper Cuts twice and their customer service made things as easy as possible. Recently I worked with Max and Lionel and both were very professional. Additionally, their prices are the best I've ever found. I would use them again without a second thought.

We were downsizing to a smaller house. I needed to find a low cost shredding company to shred all of our old documents. I ran across all of the 5⭐reviews for Paper Cuts Inc. I called them and they gave me a quote over the phone. They were able to give me an appointment that same morning for me to drop off my docs. I had 8 paper boxes to shred. They quoted me $50 minimum for 5 boxes and $3 per box after that. My wife wanted to watch them shred the docs. They charge more if you do that, $60 minimum for the first 5 boxes and $4 per box after that. They charged us $72 total to shred our docs. It would have been only $59 if we didnt watch them shred. They even unload your boxes from the car. I just found my go to shredding company.

We contacted paper cuts for our shredding needs. They were VERY responsive and professional. Came on time and gave a thirty minute call prior to arriving. The person doing the shredding was excellent and did a great job...very efficient. Took about 10 minutes and 7 boxes of shred were gone. The value of this service is also spot on as I did comparison shopping before contacting them. Thank you Paper Cuts. We will definitely use you again!!
