I moved to California 4 years ago and was looking for a place to call home. After months of searching I came across this listing for a rental. Although that particular property wasn’t right for me, the agent told me about another property that was being renovated at the time. He took me by to see it, and even though the team was still painting and old worn out carpet was in the bedrooms, I could see the vision that was explained to me. It felt right. I applied, and was granted the keys a few days early, and moved right in. That place was home for 3 years. The experience was great! Letty is an amazing landlord who was always available to help. She sent people out to make necessary repairs ( there weren’t many ) without long waiting periods, and she trusted that I would take care of the property. Definitely a five star experience!
