(September 13, 2022, 3:15 pm)I just went in to have 2 copies of a large file printed, Emily went way out of her way to help me —- she set the printer to print the 2 copies but then got me a box, went in search of two XL clips to separate the 2 copies (which wasn’t easy) , she put the 2 copies through a machine to make them lie nicely, she gave me a highlighter to use. I know these things are small but in today’s world, it’s rare to find a company who still cares about customer service. I don’t know if it’s FedEx’s policy (if it is, thank you FedEx) or if I just lucked out in getting Emily (or both), but Emily made a very difficult day, brighter and easier. She gave me hope. Thanks Emily, please keep your cheerful attitude, it was appreciated more than you will ever know.
