Dr. Yao is excellent. He took off "foreign body" from my ear canal in 1 second without any pain! All his front desk ladies and MA(I didn't get her name) are lovely and friendly.
This was my daughter's first ENT visit that made feel very well taken care of and really safe to be in the hands of this clinic.

Another outstanding review for Dr. Yao! He performed a tonsillectomy on my oldest daughter back in 2018 and did such a great job I brought my youngest daughter to see him! She's 8 years old and recently (literally 1 week ago) had a tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy and turbinate resection! Being that my daughter is only 8, my anxiety was on HIGH!
