“I was referred to Emily by one of my daughter's friend's mom when I was looking for a private / group piano lesson for my 5 year old daughter. Since it was her first piano class, I wanted to be careful when I chose her piano class. I wanted my daughter to keep practicing the piano for the long term, and didn't want her to stop practicing because the class or the teacher doesn't match her. Fortunately, we decided to take private piano classes with Ms. Emily and everything is working out. She is so sweet and such a committed teacher, and I am glad that I was able to find her. She trains kid's creativity while she teaches the technical piano lessons in her class. So for example, my daughter draws pictures first and then she plays the piano by expressing the picture she drew. I think those exercises will help kids to express something when they play piano. I've already seen my daughter having a lot of fun with the exercise, and helping her to think outside the box. Ms. Emily is always there if I have any questions, and it has been very helpful. She always tries to communicate with my daughter well, and my daughter really loves Ms. Emily too. I recommend her class to any kids and parents who are looking for a great piano class!”
