First Class Fireplace did an exceptional job on our fireplace remodel. Both Johnny and Kelly were professional, courteous, on time and explained the entire process. The project came out better than expected. Will refer and use again.

Johnny came over very quickly relative to our outreach call to them. He came on time, geared up and ready to work. Extremely polite, and even better he truly did what he could to help us understand what he was seeing and the reasons behind why something was or wasn't an issue. I could not recommend Johnny more. Ultimately the repairs needed are a bit out of our budget for the time being, but we really look forward to working with Johnny when we can get the work done. A+++

It's been 10 years since I was able to safely use our fireplace. 1st class came out and inspected the fireplace and chimney, explained the work needed, and showed me pictures of the inspection.

From the quote to scheduling to the completed job, they made it simple, accurate, and on time! I couldn't have asked for a better company to complete the work for us.

My new favorite place in our house is in front of my beautiful fireplace! I knew right away when I spoke to Kelly that we were not only in good hands, but we were customers who were cared about and valued. Johnny thoroughly and carefully inspected the fireplace in our new house and assured us it was now safe to use. He was very knowledgeable, and he let us know what needed to be done for safety reasons as well as what we could absolutely wait to fix. He also as gave us different options including what he had in stock instead of trying to upsell us. He was very honest and trustworthy. A week later Josh came over and carefully cleaned and repaired our fireplace and chimney. He also changed out the logs and gas grate and added beautiful glass to the bottom of the fireplace to add a new, cozy look and feel. I highly recommend this local, family-owned business for any fireplace inspections, cleaning, repairs, and needs!

I am not a photographer, so I apologize for the wonky photos. The Bottom Line is that Johnny and the entire team at 1st Class were excellent. They constantly communicated with me throughout the process of cleaning my chimney, repairing a broken gas line, and replacing my entire fireplace frame.

They took time to actually explain to me what they were doing and what was recommended, I did not feel pressured or anything other than real trust in their knowledge and capabilities. Reasonably priced, high-quality work, and some of the best customer service I have come across in the Santa Clarita Valley. They are family owned/operated and it felt that way. I would highly recommend them for all your fireplace and chimney needs.
