  This place is usually easy to get in and out of with friendly enough staff however today I went to return shoes to a manufacturer and had an odd experience. I went in and was told I'd need to purchase a box to put the shoe box in which I expected to do however then I was told they couldn't help me because I didn't bring tape to tape the return label to the box. "We can't supply anything because that's prepaid postage" Even though I was buying one of their boxes? They'd help me tape the box closed but turned me away because they can't spare tape for the return label. Very odd not to be helped over tape. Leaving four stars because I've had satisfactory experiences here before but today was petty.

  Opened a PO box at this office and the postal clerk was very helpful and informative.

  After dealing with the same issue for a year, I finally was able to get things resolved today but such a simple action by one of the long time employees. Thank you so much!!! Instead of always saying "no" she just simply fixed it! :-)
