We took our 2014 Mini Countryman in to diagnose a coolant leak. Eric in the service department greeted us and went over their inspection process. He called us back later the same day to let us know what the issue was including the cost to repair. He also went over other things they found while doing the complete once over of the car. All of our tires needed to be replaced, I already knew they would be needing to be replaced soon anyway. Initially, we told him to hold off on the tires due to the cost. After doing a little bit of research with other tire shops, we called him back and had all 4 tires replaced. The dealership was actually cheaper! We had our car back in a couple of days, had to wait on the tires to come in, and they even sent a Lyft to pick my wife up when it was ready. After getting home, we realized we forgot to ask them to look at our drivers' side mirror because it wasn't lining up properly. We called and scheduled another appointment to take and drop the car off to get it looked at. When we arrived at our appointment, Kristie greeted us and she came out to look at our mirror. She said that she had seen this issue before and thinks she can fix it. She did her magic and fixed it right on the spot and we were out of there in less than 10 minutes. The folks that work in the Service department at this Mini Dealership are top notch professionals. I'm confident anytime we need anything for our Mini, they will take good care of us.

Just bought a 2023 NEW Mini from Charlie at Tom Bush! A month ago we went in to window shop, met Charlie and he was personable and knowledgeable! Told him we weren't buying right then, but looking to at the end of Feb. He made us so comfortable - we returned a few weeks later to see about purchasing - and did within hours!! He made it easy and was so professional! First new car purchase in 20 years! Highly recommend to stop in and work with Charlie - best decision ever!

My usual dealership is in Charleston sc but after a mix up they were not able to see me. I called Tom Bush Mini and they were able to get me an appointment that same afternoon! I drove 2.5 hours for my annual service. Their team is amazing and the customer service was far better than I have gotten elsewhere. I would make the trip to Florida again without hesitation to have their team take care of my car!
