Dario's Mexican Restaurant

Really liked the Cancun chicken dish with rice and vegetables. As for the atmosphere, it was really quiet and service reflected that. Will try other dishes next time we visit and hopefully provide more details.

The best Mexican food in SCV hands down. I always get the Agua Chile and Camarones Rosarito. The camarones a la Diablo are good too. You also have to try their wings. I'm a regular there.

Highly recommend for large parties. We recently threw my parents their 50th wedding anniversary party in the Dario's Canyon Country location and it was a wonderful experience. We had about 80 people total in our party. The owner & staff made sure to accommodate all of our requests. The food was delicious and everyone had a great time! We appreciate their service and kindness.

nice staff and the inside looks pretty good. very large dining area and then separate bar area with dining and sports on. I thought the salsa tasted a bit like ketchup but my wife didn't really think that but agreed not the best she has had. The House Margarita was decent. the rice was good, the beans were OK but nothing special. my wife had a bean and cheese burrito smothered in red sauce and it was decent she said but she likes our normal spot better.

I had a shredded beef taco which was pretty good, chille relleno which was very good and a cheese Enchilada with mole sauce. I have had alot of mole at many restaurants and I will say this one is my least favorite. it had too much chili powder or some spice I couldn't put my finger on. maybe it was not the best batch they have ever made but in the end I think there are better spots to eat at at.

the bonus here is that if you have kids they have a bunch of things on the menu brunch menu including pancakes and various dishes to keep people happy.

What a cool place. Really good food, excellent margaritas and outstanding sevice. Nice TV situation to watch games and a great atmosphere. Really enjoyed our food and visit in general. Recommended
