(February 1, 2023, 12:14 pm)Customer Service people = when I needed a large item pick up the person on the phone made it so easy. When my trash cans needed replacing it was a simple phone call. When my "new" trash cans disappeared the first week I had them and old ones were in front of my house (broken), I was afraid of being questioned on my truthfulness and they never did. Understood that these things happen. Communication with us when there is a delay in trash service makes it simple.
