  Doctor Ron is great! He takes the time to explain things to you and makes great recommendations. One of my dogs had a "needle in a haystack" type illness. He ran a several tests to eliminate the most common causes. They did not reveal the cause of the illness. He said he could keep running test, after test, after test to find it, but suggested that I would be better off and and it would be faster for me to take her to a specialist. So he is willing to tell you what your best options are even when it may not him. I greatly appreciated that! Now that my dog is healthy again, Doctor Ron will be our full time vet for both my dogs!!!

  Best Veterinarian I have ever met!!! Truly caring kind and friendly. Takes his time talking with you and explaining everything answers all your questions. Prices are also very reasonable. I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off or being talked into services my dog didn’t need. Honest vet. Thank you Dr Ron!!! The office and waiting rooms were very clean. Staff was kind and friendly.

  Not that Dr Ron and his staff need another great review but I’ll give one anyway. After 15 extractions my dog never skipped a beat. Not 1 pain pill was needed. His anxiety was at normal levels. It’s obviously a testament to Dr Ron and his caring staff. Prices are fair and reasonable. There are hundreds of vets to choose from. I’ve been to many, none can compare. Thank you to Dr Ron and the really great staff at Sierra Veterinary Clinic for caring so much about our pets even when no one is watching💛

  Dr. Ron knows what he is doing. He has answers other vets do not seem to have. He takes the care of each animal very seriously. No frills, just truly competent doctoring when you need it most. He has treated our 7 dogs over the years and performed 5 serious surgeries. Lastly he is honest. You only pay for what is truly needed. He has often advised us to take the less expensive approach to remedy a problem. His staff tries hard to accommodate everyone because everyone loves their pet, and I have seen them try to juggle a crowd, so be patient if needed. It's not their fault so many people trust Dr. Ron like we do.

  Dr. Ron saved my little rescue's life. His whole urinary track was full of stones. It took two surgeries, one that created a new opening for him to pee through but it's like he's been reborn. I've never been so grateful for a skilled surgeon in my life. Thank you. 🙏🙏
