I’m pleased with the full package deal and everything was smooth but we were not offered any snacks or beverages during our appointment which was supposed to be included with the package deal we paid for.

Ms Allen is very professional, very thorough and highly experienced with excellent customer service etiquette. Your establishment is beautiful with vibrant colors full of life and very welcoming. The family room is designed with warmth and etiquette of modern and ancient design which set the tone. The chair for the kings is beautiful.

I called last minute as the place I had an appointment with canceled on us very rudely.

They had an availability and worked with us. The staff was very kind, professional and patient. My baby was turning away from the camera being shy all of a sudden. The staff was extremely patient and offered suggestions in helping us get better imaging like drink water or take a quick walk. The tech was very patient and gentle. She kept ensuring I was ok and making sure she wasn't pushing hard. My comfort was their priority.

I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting a memorable experience with their loved ones.

I had a wonderful experience at this location :) I felt very taken care of and this is probably one of the cutest and nicest ultrasound places I have ever been to. The setup is amazing!! I will be returning for some more fun ultrasound scans!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE….
This is my second pregnancy and came here with my first and every time got an amazing experience. The techs are so kind and loving. Love to make you feel comfortable with the big bed and calming room! It’s also great knowing they make dad feel comfortable too. I love how they work with us even if they baby is being a little difficult lol! Would absolutely recommend going here! Can’t find a better place to sneak peak at my little one than here. Thank you team for the amazing love and hospitality!
