“I wanted to give this place five stars so badly. The doctors and staff here are wonderful. However I was referred to the UCLA Neuromuscular Clinic by one of the doctors for my CRPS diagnosis but they do not even help those with CRPS there. They also would send my number to voicemail. I was persistent but always kind so it was hurtful to be sent to voicemail when I just needed referrals faxed quickly so I can get help for my pain quickly. Overall, they were wonderful but those were my reasons for not having a full five stars.”

“I have been helped by Matthew twice already. But now that I am relying on good reviews for my own law practice (personal injury), I realized I owe him a review. Here it is. The first time I called Matthew’s Plumbing was when I had just moved into my house and needed to have my fridge connected to the water line and my washer and dryer hooked up. Matthew called me back right away and came in and did the work very well and fast and for a reasonable price. More recently, I had a leak in my water tank and Matthew helped me once again, also very promptly and for a fair price. “I would like to divide my review into two sessions: 1) Dr. Quan: I like Dr. Quan. He listens well, does not rush and answers my questions in very detail. 2) Office: Office staff is polite and courteous. However their time management is not up to par. I had an appointment with Dr. Quan and I had to wait for 1 hours in the office sitting. The office told me Dr. Quan had an emergency in the morning and running the behind his schedule. Why didn’t you tell me before? I can easily reschedule my appointment or come a later time or at least bring my computer so I can work. Empathy is the key with human relationships. Treat someone the way you want to be treated. Hope this review will help the office to improve the time management.”
