(October 24, 2020, 1:04 am)Reggie was very courteous and pleasant on the telephone which was an important indication that I decided to bring my sewing machine for him to look at. I found Reggie to be very professional, courteous, and prompt in servicing my sewing machine and his service charge was reasonable. He also took the time to go over the use of the machine to make sure I was using it properly. He definitely will be my "go to" person. Reggie is the best!
