The customer service here is amazing. I've been here twice already and I've had an awesome experience. Ray was on top of the repairs of my vehicle. He checked in with me several times during the process of my vehicle being towed to the dealer and made sure my vehicle got inspected as soon as it arrived. He always made sure I was up to date on all the repairs even if there wasn't a status change. Ray is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Thanks to everyone at Parkway Buick GMC.

Wowza! My family and I were blown away with our experience at Parkway! I called in questioning a GMC Yukon XL and Chaze answered, not only was he knowledgeable but he was beyond helpful. He was so patient with me on the phone and answered all my questions(while my kids were in the background yelling lol). Because of that conversation I knew I wanted to support this business. While in the dealership everyone was so welcoming and helpful! All questions were answered, everyone working acknowledged us and we walked away with my dream car! While in finance Hany was quick and efficient. We had our two young kids with us and he provided paper for my daughter to color. He also took the time to draw her picture.This dealership doesn’t have that “dealership” vibe, it’s like we knew everyone for years! Thank you Parkway! See you in 8 years for a Cadillac!

Randy was so great the ambience in this place is great. Me and my husband has been shopping for a car for days and this is the only place i feel comfortable in where you feel you can trust the people. They are not pushy and will give you the time and respect you need to decide which car to buy. That is very seldom in car dealership nowadays. Honest and trustworthy people and dealership. My husband and I were in the market to upgrade our small truck for something larger to fit our growing family. We had been working with another dealership that really wouldn’t meet us in the middle on negotiating truck price, trade in value and interest rates. I called Parkway on a Monday and asked them if they would honor the deal I presented to them and with no hesitations they made the deal. The entire process was so smooth with Andres. The document signing was done from The comfort of our own home and they even had the truck delivered to our house. I cannot recommend Andres and the entire team at parkway more. We absolutely recommend them and will be back for any future car purchases. Thanks parkway team!!!

i came here for an oil change on my 2019 Buick. It was my first time here and to be honest $99.95 for just a oil change was not what i expected. That is a really high price. I’ve could’ve gone anywhere else .. i mean any non Buick GMC dealership and most probably get the oil change done for $50-$60 most likely even get a free car wash with the oil change.. to keep the story short.. i wasn’t happy with the amount i was changed.. however while i was waiting for my service to be done i was approached by few salesmen and they were absolutely kind and polite and made me feel welcomed. In my opinion Parkway Buick dealership should keep their prices at a reasonable rate and that way keep their customers from going elsewhere. Those 4 stars i gave in my review is just because of the pleasant attitude of those salesmen i was approached during my service visit.
