(June 13, 2022, 11:11 pm)Update. Just left the store and went around the same time as my last review. I have to say 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 huge improvements. The cashiers were really nice and helpful. I will be coming back.
It's my third time here, and my thoughts haven't changed about this store. I love Express clothes, but this is the worst store I've ever been to. They have the worst customer service. Their employees are always moody and snappy. The mall closes in 15 minutes and they turned the lights off on me! They were lowering the gate of the store, and I wasn't the only person there. If you like moody cashiers and employees who don't even acknowledge you, well, this is it
