Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs

I am very grateful that the jeweler was willing to fix my glasses frames. I went all over the city to the optometrist, and none of them said they had the tools to fix glasses! Really! Yes it is true! I think they were just too lazy! Thank God, the sweet jeweler took the time to Souter the frames for me. I am so grateful that I can see now!

I’ve Been shopping at this store for a couple years now and every single time they’re nothing but kind and polite people. I even came in just to window shop with no intention of purchasing anything and ended up purchasing an engagement ring! They’re customer service is incredible and I love how they will accommodate the customers needs. My go to jewelry spot for sure!!

Great service from the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with Edgar to get a rough estimate on a necklace repair. Went in and Lacy helped me out, was super friendly, told her I spoke with Edgar earlier and he acknowledged me. Asked if I could get a complementary cleaning on my pendant while we filled out paperwork and was more than willing to do so. Will definitely be back for future repairs, highly recommend. This is what great customer service looks like.

I visited Fast Fix jewelry with a broken watch and a broken clock. First the employee found the exact watch band that I wanted. I had to wait for the repair, so I went shopping throughout the mall. After a short time, the employee called to say that the watch and clock needed all new works inside - too expensive! Ten minutes later she called back and said that they had fixed both items without putting all new works! Way cheaper and both fixed!!! Excellent!!
