Thank you to the Nurse Practitioner Veronica, Dr. Rai, and the Henryo Mayo Urgent Care Staff for your help and support for both my Uncle and myself when we had to go to urgent care these past two weeks. Thank you to the Nurse Practitioner Veronica for your help and support in helping my Uncle and going out of your way to help us with what he needed also giving your best advice possible along with taking him directly to the emergency room. Dr. Jade was patient and very communicative. He addressed all of my questions whether or not they were valid, and never made me feel rushed to leave. He didn't push unnecessary medicine or procedures and that itself is soooo hard to find in healthcare these days. Finally found an urgent care I plan to return to and refer others to; although I hope I won't need to return too soon!
