I had heard about Cryotherapy being used by athletes to speed their recovery and was interested. My mother suffers from Sciatica and was not a fan of medication. I too was experiencing sporadic lower back pain from lifting and bending 10hrs a day. Desperate to find an alternative I looked for Cryotherapy in Santa Clarita and ICE Recovery and Wellness came up. I called the number and Troy (Owner) answered and took the time to explain in great detail of how it works and what we could expect. We setup an appointment and the rest is history! My mother no longer experiences the debilitating sciatic pain that would cause her to sometimes fall. I sleep better at night and no longer feel knots in my lower back. Your health is the most important thing you should focus on. So do yourself a favor, stop by and set up an appointment. Your first time in the chamber is a little cold but after you get used to it. Troy and his staff are professionals through and through. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of relief from their physical pain!

(July 8, 2018, 1:50 pm)Owner Troy and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I have two bad knees and put my body through hard training 6 to 7 days a week. The therapy helps with joint and muscle pain/stiffness. I've noticed a difference in my training and stamina. If you haven't tried it, I strongly encourage you to at least give it a try. I promise you won't regret it.

(December 10, 2017, 7:20 pm)Definitely helps with soreness, stiffness, and inflammation. Way better than an ice bath in my opinion. I know a guy who used to drive 45 minutes each way for this treatment and pay way more than the prices here.
Great people, owner Troy is especially knowledgeable and helpful.
The facility is bright, clean, and well decorated including flat screen TVs and recliners. -
