(December 2, 2021, 11:20 pm)Paik’s noodles in Santa Clara, CA. Jajangmyeon noodles with pork! Korean style Jajangmyeon that you can enjoy noodles with stir fried vegetables and black soy bean sauce. I love how fresh the noodles were and the soy bean paste sauce was fire. The pickles daikon was the perfect pairing for this dish. I can’t wait to come back to try the different dishes of noodles that they offer.

We were the only people dining in at the time, and the patron asked us if we had a preference on what music we wanted to listen to. It was a small gesture and a brief conversation, but this attentiveness made this dining experience a great one. I will definitely come back to try other dishes!
