The paperwork was ready and Matthew took me through the car features and helped me customize it. Overall it was the best car buying experience I've had to date! And the car itself is amazing, thank again!

I told him where I wanted to stay at as far as payment, the color I wanted the car, and he made it happen. He explained the difference in specs with other models and kept me within my budget. Thank you so much Robert!!! I will definitely be referring some of my buddies over to you.
(June 15, 2023, 10:41 am)We had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing our first BMW at Valencia BMW. To start, the salespeople are not hounding you like at other dealers. Secondly, there is a good variety of cars to look at. Our salesperson was Amr, and he was just great! He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! The other gentleman in the financing department was also great to work with! We will be coming back here in the future.
