I joined Kaia Fit temporarily with my sisters in between traveling stints, and it was one of the best fitness decisions I've ever made. My sisters have been part of this fitness center for just under a year, and swear by it. I always looked forward to the variety of workouts, the coaches, the music, the motivation, the friendships you develop here, the nutrition tips and fitness challenges. The community @ Kaia, which is a women's fitness gym, is unbelievably strong. My absolute favorite part is how versatile the workouts every single day are, and how the gym is equipped with everything (literally), not just free weights, from battle ropes to pull up bars to resistance bands. Highly recommended!
