“Super fast! I applied for real ID, and I couldn’t find appointment in the same day so I decided to go in the line. I arrived at 11:30am. Luckily was no one in line and I was done at 12. But I noticed that the waiting time to get checked without appointment is around 20 minutes. And is the sample line for all of the services. “I have lived here for 20 years and I’ve tried various vets and have not been happy with any. I love my vet in Burbank but it is a long drive especially when something is wrong. When my dog ate some onions, I knew it had to be addressed right away, I went to this place and I did not know they were under new management since the last time I had gone there, so I was happily surprised with the service I received. They were amazing to my dog and they took great care of him. Less than two weeks later he had a major issue and it was after hours so I had to go to the urgent care, they said he had pancreatitis and sent him home with me. I had a dog with pancreatitis before and she was in the hospital for a week so I was nervous about him just coming home, he didn’t look good so I brought him here the next morning. They felt maybe he had an obstruction that may be causing the pancreatitis. They put him on an IV and did some tests. They went out of their way and helped me a by calling around finding a hospital that would be open to care for him and had an ultrasound to check for an instruction. The hospital they sent me to couldn’t be sure and wanted to do exploratory surgery and I ended up doing it. They found a plastic bag going through his intestines which I’m sure he got when he got into the trash and ate the onions. I am beyond grateful to them because they are the ones who felt it wasn’t just pancreatitis . If I just would’ve kept my dog at home he would’ve died so I owe them everything they are amazing”

“I was a little skeptical coming here due to the reviews , I was referred here to have my wisdom teeth removed.I decided to just give it a shot and get them removed here since it was the fasted appointment I could get. Dr. Hughes removed my lower wisdom teeth and he was so sweet and so understanding .I was extremely nervous and he gave me a few minutes and said everything would be ok and to trust him. I felt a little discomfort even with the anesthesia and I let him know and right away he stopped and provided a little more anesthesia . I was fine after . It took less than 5 minutes for both to be out.”
