We got a new house :) Diane was our first impression of Boyles Flooring and she was quite friendly and responsive to our inquiries. When Gary Boyle came to our home for measuring, he was personable and professional. We found the Shaw LV planks that we wanted on the Shaw web-site and there was no problem for Gary to order our choice. We can't say enough about the installers, Luis and Francisco! You will not find more professional, competent and respectful " maestros" to install your vinyl flooring. Our new floors are beautiful and we could not be more pleased. “I was taking my Mixed-Husky dog, Apollo, to a Vet in Sylmar, which seems to be good but one day my dog got real sick with vomit and diarrhea overnight and when I saw him in the morning, he looked in bad shape. He wouldn't even eat his treat. I couldn't get an emergency appointment with the Vet. Very disappointed. Evergreen Animal Care Center offered me a same day appointment and saw my dog within hours. After some tests, my dog was diagnosted having Parvo. The Vet at Evergreen went over different options and treatments. Their treatment saved my dog and he fully recovered in a few days. I don't usually write reviews but I greatly appreciate all the help from the Vet at Evergeen and his staff who helped my dog to recover. I highly recomment this Vet as he is very good. His staff is friendly and very helpful and always try to accommodate appointments, etc. They are all very nice and good with the animals. Even that it's a longer trip from Sylmar to Newhall, I only go to Evergreen now since I know they will take good care of my dog. I would recommend Evergreen Animal Care Center to anyone that ask me.”

“UPDATE AS OF 9/23/2020. We decided to give Ameci’s another try and I’m so glad we did. After placing our order within 5 minutes we received a phone call from the Manager Darren. He went above and beyond to make things right due to our last visit with Amecis. It is very pleasant to know that there are managers out there that still take pride in customer service. Darren and his team really made my family’s night and because of this he has won our business back. THANK YOU DARREN, ALEX AND TEAM! You are true assests to Ameci’s Pizza! We greatly appreciate you! I originally gave a 1 star but I have now changed it to 5 stars. We order two pizzas for delivery, Once delivered we opened the boxes to find both pizzas have been completely smashed to one side. I called the restaurant to let them know of the situation and I was followed with a VERY RUDE woman who claimed to be the “manager and owner” she yelled and talked over me repeatedly. The first thing asked by her was “what do you want me to do about it” if you give a customer an option to tell what they want, I asked for a refund she declined and said she would give me credit. Why on earth would you ask what a customer wants and then say no? I’m sorry but when planning to never purchase from again credit is completely useles, I even suggested if you won’t refund me for the full amount then at least give me a partial refund to which she declined. They did offer to resend pizzas but at that time my kid and husband already grabbed there slices I shouldn’t have to wait another 45 minutes to feed my family. This is a bummer because my family really enjoyed Amecis pizza.”
