She listens closely to truly understand your concerns and to ensure you don’t feel any pain and then fixes them! Dr. Kossi is extremely gentle. I never even feel her shots because she is so patient and controlled with each of her movements. Her staff are also amazing! They are very caring and very professional too. “If you have a brand new or even an old 2nd hand car, this place is perfect for you!! I was embarrassed how my car looks like, the stains are super eeewww, needs a full wash and cleaning. I brought my car here, I thought they would not accept my car and and cleaning is not the solution, hahahaha.. After then, when they called me to pick up my car, my eyes glazed, I don't even recognized that it was my car, from super dirty to super clean. All I can say to them is thank you, and thank you.
