These chambers are comparatively expensive to other softshell brands but this company stands behind their product (the 5 year factory direct warranty is legitimate). I’ve worked with a number of sales reps at this company and Samir himself and am consistently impressed by the level of customer service received. However, Trevor Cetorelli has been my rep for quite some time now and the level of care he has provided is unparalleled. As an example, a Respiro270 frame was sent to me instead of one for a Vitaeris320; Trevor answered my call and had the correct frame shipped within 30 minutes.
