Octapharma Plasma

I’ve been donating here for over 1 1/2 years now. The center is always clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the pay is good if you’re consistent. I recommend donating plasma to anyone who is looking for a good side hustle; your earnings are tax-free and you choose your own hours. So far I’ve only had good experiences with Octapharma.

I will say, though, that some the other donors here can be a bit much. I’ve witnessed people have arguments over the phone while waiting in line here, which is uncomfortable for everyone else in line. Also, some donors are very uncourteous when in comes to the volume of their phones. An easy fix for these issues: bring noise-canceling headphones when you come here.

The staff all around is really friendly. From the guy greeting you on the way in, to the people drawing the plasma. It took a while because it was my first time (about 4 hours) but it was worth it. And the future times will be faster. Definitely recommend just off the staff

This place is filled with professional people that are kind, gentle and good at what they do. I found the lab in SFS welcoming and stress free during my visits.

I Have nothing to say about the referral program other than, I referred my girlfriend and didn't get bonus. Yes, I understand about policy and rules and I know exactly why ....but right is right at the end of the day I referred my girlfriend, and received nothing while you guys stood behind policy denying my bonus and have another customer.

Rita was amazing! Every time I go she never fails at being extremely kind and diligent with her work. She works extremely hard to provide excellent service to her patients.
